Reproduce:
==========
Randomly create a lot of MIDI notes in a MIDI track while playing it. I'm not sure if editing while playing is really necessary, but I could not reproduce it without.

Sometimes it took some time until it crashed but 5 out of 5 times I could trigger the crash.
