I can confirm this still occurs with 2.0ongoing@2346 and trunk@2348. |

this is now fixed in branches/2.0-ongoing. Editor::keyboard_driver() now always drop the grab on a canvas item, because the use of this function indicates use of the keyboard as a "mouse button", and any existing grab that started on button-press is invalidated. There may be some nuances to this change that will need to be addressed, but it solves this and other lurking crashes too. |
