| Description | When a track is frozen, the GUI disables the record button and the plugins of that track. After saving the session, closing ardour, starting it again and reloading the session, the record buttons are still disabled, but the GUI does not visualize them as disabled. The plugins cannot be edited, but the bypass state of the plugins can apparently be changed using the middle mouse button. Considering the cpu load the bypass state seems to be really changed (not just the GUI display). | ||||

After saving, restarting and reloading, plugin parameters of frozen tracks can be edited through the routing window. It also seem that after ... not the frozen parts are used but the actual track and plugins. Plugin parameters seem to be saved incorrectly in that case (or the tab reverberator is broken: it changes the effect between sessions). |

The bug is indeed mostly fixed in beta22, but all plugin parameters of frozen tracks can still be edited through the track/bus inspector ... even before saving so this should be a separate bug report ... but it fits here ... |
