Summary	0004453: New MIDI track name should include a number
Description	... just like audio tracks do when using the "default" track name. Current situation: Audio 1, Audio 2, ... MIDI, MIDI 1, MIDI 2, ... MIDI track naming should behave just like for audio tracks.
Additional Information	I couldn't find an issue for this, but there are a few related items concerning track naming (0004204, 0003355, 0002753). Please close this bug report if I have just overlooked an exisiting report.
