| Summary | 0000371: Clean up dead files cleans up live files as well. | ||||
| Description | I wanted to remove some dead files from a recording I had been working on, as I needed the disk space. I used the 'Cleanup unused sources' tool in the 'Session' menu, and then chose the option 'Flush wastebasket'. When I reloaded the session, ardour displayed an error saying it could no longer find some of the session files. I found they had been moved to the ./dead_sounds directory within the session directory. Ardour worked fine when these files had been restored to ./sounds. Two things went wrong here: first it cleaned up files that were being used, and second it didn't delete them when I flushed the waste basket (although I am rather glad that it didn't delete them). Here are the versions of Ardour/GTK and libardour I am using: Ardour/GTK 0.453.1 running with libardour 0.728.1 | ||||
