Summary0006861: Cleanup unused sources removes audio files used in other snapshots
DescriptionI have a session that I use to record multiple songs, one per snapshot. Creating a new snapshot, and deleting every region then cleaning up session, physically removes audio file that were used in the original snapshot.
Steps To ReproduceCreate a new session, import audio files or record some new material
Create a snapshot and switch to the new snapshot.
Delete every region on new snapshot, although leave tracks there. (Editor window should be empty at this point, but region list shows files from previous importing/recording)
Use the "Cleanup unused sources" to have them removed from region list
Switch back to previous snapshot
Ardour cannot find files!!

I recall adding some related fixed during the Ardour 5.x development cycle, but was not aware of this issue report. Sorry for the delay responding here.

I can no longer reproduce this in Ardour 6.6. with the given instruction and believe this issue is fixed.

Please test.
