Summary	0005628: changing meter-point (or processor order) during playback delays audio
Description	When changing the metering-point while the transport is playing, the data from disk is delayed by zero or more jack-cycles after the change. The change is incremental, every time the metering-point changes, the signal is delayed further. The same is true when changing the plugin order while the transport is rolling (although it tests the likelihood of the delay being > 0 was smaller compared to metering-points)
Additional Information	individual tracks do not roll if processor lock is held.
