Description	Region info displayed in the selection widget and the region properties dialogue differ from each other.
Steps To Reproduce	select a region. Right click on the selection widget and changed the displayed units to samples. Right click on the region and from the menu select properties. Right click on the clocks in the dialogue and select samples as the displayed units. Compare the selection widget and the properties dialogue, the 'end' value and 'length' value are different in each, there is a one sample discrepancy.
