waf clean deletes a couple of files/directories which are present in the SVN but should probably be entirely removed from the repo:

dpkg-source: warning: ignoring deletion of directory libs/surfaces/frontier/doc
dpkg-source: warning: ignoring deletion of directory libs/taglib/autom4te.cache
dpkg-source: warning: ignoring deletion of directory libs/audiographer/src/gdither
dpkg-source: warning: ignoring deletion of directory libs/qm-dsp/build/osx/20091028

            deleted: libs/clearlooks-newer/support.h.orig
            deleted: libs/taglib/autom4te.cache/output.0
            deleted: libs/taglib/autom4te.cache/output.1
            deleted: libs/taglib/autom4te.cache/requests
            deleted: libs/taglib/autom4te.cache/traces.0
            deleted: libs/taglib/autom4te.cache/traces.1

These files cause trouble when creating the Debian package, we have to manually rescue them or exclude them right from the start, because the build system doesn't like untracked changes to source code during the build process (for obvious reasons)

If those files are really left-overs, I suggest to remove them from SVN
