Yes, seems fixed, although it has shown some other odd issues.

drag a fade in and a fade out on a region. Move the region. Now do a ctrl+z. The region moves back, but it also removes the fades.

That's strange. I remember that bug from a while back and I thought it was fixed. I can't reproduce it any more. Any more details in the recipe that you think might be important?

Can't repeat it either now. Maybe related to groups and their settings again. Will keep trying.
