i can confirm this bug on ardour 2.7.1 mac ox x 10.5.5. i tried the following plugins: CAPS: sine-wave generator CMT sine oscillator (freq: control, amp: control). here the amp control works but the freq control is locked to 440 Hz. The actual note played depends on the sample rate that is set. on double click the freqency changes to some floating point number which cannot be changed. The value of this number also depends on sample rate. Steve Harris sine + cosine osc also does NOT work. |

just a note to my previous report: I didn't check closely enough and failed to realize that Ubuntu 9.04 installs Ardour 2.7.1 building and install 2.8 from source resolved the issue of not being able to adjust plugin parameters. |
