| Summary | 0009986: Ardour fails to start on my Windows laptop | ||||
| Description | Every time I try to open Ardour, the wheel indicating the computer is working on something replaces my mouse pointer and then nothing happens. I have tried running as administrator and running in compatibility mode, neither of which made any difference. If I have task manager open I can see the program begin to run but it then disappears from the list of running programs. I have checked the crashlog file and it is empty. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing I have tried seems to make any difference. | ||||
