| Description | Currently if you duplicate a track some of its properties do not get duplicated with it. The main thing that brought my attention to this was for example if a track has "Inline Controls" added to it. When these tracks are duplicated the inline control parameters do not get duplicated in the process. Another thing that was mentioned to me was that plugin GUI window locations for the plugins duplicated in a track do not get duplicated either, which if it is possible to achieve would be helpful. I imagine there are other items that do not get copied over as well when tracks are duplicated. Would be nice if there could be a duplicate mode that would allow an identical duplicate of a track. (sorry I do not know if there is a way to edit original post above?) I would imagine that if a user wanted to duplicate a track that they would want to duplicate everything that that track included. Seems strange that user would have to setup the same inline controls for example each time the track is duplicated. |
