Summary	0009725: Visual bug when moving the start of a region in Stacked layer mode
Description	If the layer mode is set to Stacked, the editor greys out parts that will not play because another opaque region is on top. When dragging the start of the lower region, the greyed out part moves with the start, but this should stay aligned with the top region (it realigns when the mouse button is released).
