Summary | 0000956: Regions should be selected after being pasted
Description | It's common to move regions right after pasting them, because they get pasted at the beginning of the timeline. But if multiple regions are pasted in, it's impossible to box-select the newly pasted regions if they got pasted over existing regions. If the regions were selected after being pasted, they would be easier to move.

Correction: after further investigation, turns out that regions are pasted at the edit cursor, not the beginning of the timeline, so it's less important to be able to move them afterwards, because ideally the user has placed the edit curser where they want them to go. |
