| Description | I am unable to open a new project after closing the current project in Ardour-8.0.rc2.5-x86_64.run. This glitch was also present in previous 8.0 nightly's. Ardour hangs and never creates new tracks for new project. This fault occured with every template for a new project. No blinking red log light either. Ardour never crashes, but also, never creates the new project. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1. Create new project in Ardour or open previous. 2. Close project. 3. Create New Session ( Ctrl-N ) or Session -> New 4. Pick template for new session. 5. Ardour never populates new template. Unable to create new tracks. No master track. Ardour is not locked up. Menu options and buttons work. ( REC EDIT CUE MIX ) | ||||

Problem persists with Ardour-8.0.rc2.15-x86_64.run. No problem in Ardour 7.5 or Mixbus 32C 9 latest |
