Win10 De-Interlace works on simple MIDI created within Ardour. De-Interlace does not work on Win10 Ardour 8.1 Downloaded from here with more complex MIDI files. Here is a link to a MIDI file that will not de-interlace in Win10, but will de-interlace just fine in Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

Does this also happen when you split channels directly when importing the file?

In the import dialog, Mapping: One track per channel
