Summary	0009310: Tempo Mapping ruler not working in current code
Description	Just wondering if anyone can make sense of this... A new ruler bar got added recently (called the Tempo Mapping ruler). But for some strange reason I can't display it here when building with either MSVC or Clang (see the attached screen grab). And it doesn't work in Robin's Mixbus nightly from yesterday - although it was working fine in the last official MB release. The relevant entry gets displayed but with no text assigned - and regardless of whether I check the box or uncheck it, the Tempo Mapping ruler just doesn't get displayed any more. I've built Ardour from last night's code and Ardour shows me the same problem :-( I can't see any obvious difference in the way this ruler's coded compared to the others so I just wondered if someone can figure out what's changed?
