DescriptionThe VST3 version of the SSL Comp plugin from Waves fails to update it's reduction meter. The VST2 version functions normally.

The issue here seems to be the key input. VST3 supports dedicated sidechain inputs.

You have 2 options:
 (A) disconnect (or disable) the sidechain. If only the main input is connected, the plugin will automatically use it for the key signal
 (B) feed the key input with the source-signal

Since Ardour 7.2-223 sidechains are now no longer connected by default and need to be manually connected.
