Summary	0009218: Ardour crashes when adding plugin to a midi track containing a synth
Description	Start a new project, add Surge XT plugin to a midi track, then try to add another midi plugin like midi chord by Robin Gareus, ardour crashes with ardour-7.0.17: ../libs/ardour/plugin_insert.cc:2071: virtual bool ARDOUR::PluginInsert::configure_io(ARDOUR::ChanCount, ARDOUR::ChanCount): Assertion `get_count () > 1' failed.
