After researching what has changed on my computer in the last week so Ardour crashes constantly... Among other things, windows updates (I think it even updated drivers)... I installed another DAW (Ableton) Let's see how it went, there I saw from the messages that came out in Ableton, from time to time, problems with the ASIO driver of the interface.... Summary: Ableton gives me clues about the error but the Ardour hung up on me.

With this information, I have uninstalled the driver of the audio interface, I have disconnected it from the usb port and I have reinstalled it. This has solved my crash problems.

I have even achieved very low latencies that are doing well for me, for now, with vst plugins like Amplitube, TRackS, SampleTank.
