| Description | Hi, A feature request for Ardour and Mixbus Instead of Symlinking IR files in the project folder, loaded within a IR Plugin, isn't it possible to copy the IR files to the session when loaded in the plugin? This would come in handy when working on a project with more people which al have a different user folder. They open the session and all the IR Files are gone from the IR plugin because they point to my home IR directory. Now i have to manually look up the IR file and include them with a document on which channel i used them. With a lot of CAB-IR used on many guitartracks it's a lot of administrative work. | ||||

The symlinks are not created by Ardour, but the LV2 host library (liblilv). Ardour has no control over this. A related discussion: https://github.com/lv2/lilv/issues/13 |
