Summary0008538: Ardour crashes on exit when the audio/midi setup menu isn't stop.
DescriptionI use ardour 6.5 64 bits on windows 7 64 bits. With Asio4All.

When I quit ardour, I must first stop Asio4All in the audio/midi setup menu. If I forget to do it, Ardour freeze and the windows splash menu "This application has stopped responding what do you want to do? (wait, force leave..)" appears.
Steps To ReproduceOpen Ardour. Quit ardour.
Ardour seems to freeze a moment and the "this application has stop responding" Windows menu appears. One can only exit ardour by forcing stop in the task manager.
