Summary0000833: Magnetic mode cursor behaviour erratic
DescriptionWhen in Magnetic Mode, snap to region bounds, sometimes the playhead doesnt 'snap' to the bound, but rather 'sticks' to a bound magnetically after it makes contact. This seems to happen more often when a bound is reached on a region that the plahead was already inside off. This is very trivial, just an FYI.

What you're describing sounds like what it's actually supposed to do; anyway, I'm unable to reproduce any undesired behavior with magnetic grid snapping.
