Summary0008079: Plugin manager window is too small
DescriptionWhen I call the plugin manager, it is always to small, I have to resize the window.

This is on a HiDPI screen where the Ardour UI has been scaled up (a little bit more than detected).

Steps To ReproduceOn a MIDI track, right click, New Plugin > Plugin Manager...
Additional Information-Distribution Fedora 32 with GNOME
-I built it myself as a Flatpak
-Screen HiDPI.

Since 6.0-rc1-176-gacb8f9eb28 the window's minimum size should scale with the font-scaling.
Please test.

re "-I built it myself as a Flatpak" - this may have issues with 3rd party plugins which live outside the package (which is why we abandoned an experiment to provide official flatpack binaries).

Just a note about Flatpak, this build include my effort to solve the problem of Audio plugins (granted they need to be build with Flatpak) and so far I think it's working.

I can answer questions about that if you want to know, but I think it's viable, at least on the plugin side.

With the patch I get a properly sized dialog, but some labels are still truncated.
