Summary0000803: After trying to do an invalid redirect reorder, removing one crashes ardour
DescriptionThis is a bit tricky and I have no idea what is causing this, so I'll just explain it with instructions on how to reproduce it:
 1) New session
 2) New track mono (stereo output)
 3) Add a post-fader plugin with 1 input & 2 ouputs
 4) Add a pre-fader plugin with 2 inputs & 2 outputs
 5) Add a post-fader plugin with 2 inputs & 2 ouputs
 6) Try to move the plugin added in step 5 before the plugin added in step 3.
Ardour will prompt that the reorder is invalid.
 7) Try to remove the plugin added in step 5
 CRASH

On the console, ardour just says:
27484: received signal 11
ardour is killing itself for a clean exit
Killed

(There is actually another bug in steps 3 and 4. As far as I understand this creates an illegal redirect configuration. It does not work if step 4 is done before step 3, but I know there are problems in this department, lets concentrate on the reordering crash issue)

Ardour/GTK 0.548.1 running with libardour 0.851.1 (Beta22)

I tried this with a new version. The bug still exists, but it has mutated. Now Ardour crashes when you try to move the plugin.

Ardour/GTK 0.550.0 running with libardour 0.852.1

This works with the new version, but I cannot close the bug as its status is still "new".

Ardour/GTK 0.552.0 running with libardour 0.852.2
