Summary0008006: Shortcuts customisation wish
DescriptionRegarding shortcuts i have a strong, burning desire:
When changing a shortcut, it tells that it’s already used by xx and to
first look that function up and delete it, before assigning the new one.
That’s a big loss of time, when you want to change a lot of them…

Wouldn't it be smarter to just being asked:
“Hey, shortcut already used by xx, do you want to over write it” … and just pressing enter.

Also some shortcuts don’t work.
Is it a little bug, or a language problem?

Coming from 20years of Mac i? very curious in exploring Ardour.

Best

This is now implemented in the development code and can be tested in the nightly build of 6.0 that is available at nightly.ardour.org (the changes will show up in the version available tomorrow, Monday April 13th).

Once confirmed, please mark this bug closed.
