As far as I know this is intentional for Mixbus: The first new user-interaction should not be about locating and scanning plugins (and experiencing plugin related crashes). |

But this is not only the first time you run Mixbus. If I delete ~/.cache and run Mixbus, VST do not rescan, and I have to manually press "Scan for Plugins" |
