Summary	0000078: inserting tempo markers on other than 1's makes a big gap to the tempo line
Description	What I mean by 1's is in 4/4 beat the first beat. So inserting the tempo marker to beats 2/4,3/4 or 4/4 don't work very nicely, making a big gap to the current measure.
