Summary0007324: Region split of a MIDI range
DescriptionWhen selecting a range and splitting a MIDI region from that range, the newly created ranges begin at the start of the original range instead of the split points.

Also tested rev 5.8-311-g272e02b Intel 64-bit, with the same result.


Steps To Reproduce1. Select a range of a MIDI region
2. Split it
