Summary | 0007310: Make secondary clock selectable in Appearance->Toolbar
Description | As far as I know the secondary transport clock only becomes visible with wide enough screens. With the options available in Appearance->Toolbar, however, it is now possible to make enough space by deselecting some items. For me this secondary clock is more useful than the new 'Navigation Timeline'. Could therefore the secondary clock also be made selectable?

Another user here. It can be done right now: Edit / Preferences, On the left panel click on "Toolbar", there select: Display Secondary Clock, deselect: Display Navigation Timeline. My display is 1366 x 768 and Selection Clock fits nicely and there is still some unused space on the right side of it. To me also the Selection Clock is more useful than the navigation timeline. |

Thanks mhartzel, but I don't have that option 'Display Secondary Clock'. Only the following five appear: Record/Punch, Monitor, Selection Clock, Navigation Timeline, Master Level Meter. Maybe that is so because my screen is only 1024 pixel wide. The secondary clock would fit, however, if enough of the other are deselected. |

Still not possible to select the Secondary Clock with Ardour 6.0.pre1.18 on Xubuntu 18.04 LTS with a screen of 1024 pixel width. |

...how I still wish with Ardour 6.12 to select the secondary clock in Appearance->Toolbar and deselect other items. |
