Summary0007060: Ardour crashes very often when dealing with track output conecctions
DescriptionArdour 5.4.5

Ardour crashes when dealing with track output conections.
Steps To ReproduceTry disconnecting the output of a track and then re connecting the output of that track. When you click on another track, a window pops up with a fatal error message: g_log: os_bar_hide: assertion 'OS_IS_BAR (bar)' failed

I was using Midi tracks and connecting them to a Midi track with a softsynth on it.

This fatal error occurs very often.

I have tried to recreate the bug many times and just figured that coming back from the routing grid and then clicking on another track gives me the fatal error for sure:

g_log: os_bar_hide: assertion 'OS_IS_BAR (bar)' failed

Can you reproduce this with the official 5.4 or a nightly build?

Ok I uninstalled the git version and compiled what I think is the official version which I got from the download page. It is Ardour 5.4.0 "In a Land of Clear Colours" (rev 5.4) Intel 64-bit-debug

I reproduced the bug just by clicking on a track, then got in and out of the routing grid and after that selecting a different track.

A fatal error window pops up with the message: g_log: os_bar_hide: assertion 'OS_IS_BAR (bar)' failed

I was not able to reproduce the bug on the nightly build Ardour 5.4.10 "In a Land of Clear Colours" (rev 5.4-10-g408e4ab) Intel 64-bit-debug
