* the 'strips' and 'tracks' list should be merged into one 'tracks' list with a visibility checkbox as described in 695, hiding a track also hides the mixerstrip

btw, post gtk2 notebook, each list should be moved into notebook, even mixer related lists such as mixgroups since dualhead is standard in studios these days, it doesn't make a real difference in which window it appears.
