2. Add midi track with VST plug-in
3. Save and quit session
4. Restart Ardour and re-open session
5. Crash on scanning plug-in
Additional InformationCrash on both 32bit and 64bit versions of Ardour and the VSTs
Using Korg Legacy Collection VSTs including M1
The VSTs work in Ardour prior to restarting the session

I was unable to reproduce this with 5.3 and a number of different VST plugins.

Are there any freely available VST's that also trigger this issue that I can try?
