Summary0006844: Broken shortcut for moving tracks
DescriptionAfter selecting tracks (despite single or multiple tracks), they cannot be used using the shortcut CRTL+Arrowkey (which worked in a prior version). The tracks can be moved using the menu's Track > Move Selected Tracks Up (Down).

You can recreate that binding using the keyeditor (ALT+k). That should work fine.
