| Summary | 0006827: Speed of scrolling timeline is to high | ||||
| Description | If I have a selected region "on the mouse" and try to move it left or right, in the moment when I reach the border of the timeline window, the move speed increases very strong. So it's impossible to drop the region on the desired target. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | Select a region, move it right or left over other regions by a project length with e.g. 60 minutes. | ||||

I hope this is improved in 4.7-398-g9d5738d - the scrolling speed increases the longer you scroll, but previously it wasn't being reset to the slow speed when you stop scrolling, making it difficult to auto-scroll to the right place. The initial scrolling speed could maybe still be reduced, but I think that's a matter of taste rather than a bug: I don't know what anyone else might want. |
