Summary	0006630: Mackie control surface: Crash if bank changed in flip mode.
Description	Version: 4.2.626 To recreate bug: Create a session with more tracks than the surface has strips. Press the flip button, display changes to "Fader". Press bank/right or Channel/right. Fader values are displayed but after timeout display blanks. Press Flip button again and Ardour crashes with: ardour-4.2.626: /usr/include/boost/smart_ptr/shared_ptr.hpp:653: typename boost::detail::sp_member_access<T>::type boost::shared_ptr<T>::operator->() const [with T = ARDOUR::AutomationControl; typename boost::detail::sp_member_access<T>::type = ARDOUR::AutomationControl*]: Assertion `px != 0' failed. Aborted (core dumped)
