Commit 3f8857b12 creates MeterMCP which displays the highest peak from all the channels within the track for audio channels or at least a low level indicator for MIDI to show presence. The idea of the meter on the mackie surface is to show any peak. In a midi channel there can be no overload and so just showing signal present is still helpful. |
