Summary	0006537: Add a '100%' option to the shuttle controls
Description	When using the shuttle controls, the controls can get 'stuck'. It's not immediately clear to some users that there are shortcuts to control this and bring it back to 100% speed. Adding a '100%' option might make it easier for people to operate the shuttle controls.
