Summary	0006502: Summary view does not respond to track reordering via header-selection
Description	To recreate: 1) create a session with 2 tracks 2) select the 2nd track 3) click ctrl+up-arrow 4) track moves up, but summary does not update. On the second click, the summary will update. But once it is out of sync, it never syncs again until you re-load the session.
