Summary	0006277: on OSX, LTC is not generated if a loop/punch range is defined...
Description	on a new session, create a mono audio track; assign "LTC out" to it's input. LTC is generated. add a loop or punch range. LTC is not generated until after the end of the range. remove the range, LTC is still not generated. save the session, quit Ardour. reload the session, LTC is generated.
