Summary0006256: Crash when adding/deleting track in session with aggregate device
DescriptionArdour crashes when adding a new track to the session on OS X 10.10.3. Reproduced on the latest demo version downloaded from the official website. Also happens when deleting a track. Backtrace attached.

Does not depend on whether CoreAudio or JACK is used. Seems to be related to using an aggregate device, because I can't reproduce the issue with "Built-in microphone".

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new session using an aggregate device
2. Add a track
3. Enter name and other parameters, click OK
After that, the program crashes.

I cannot reproduce it works fine under 10.10.3 both with Aggregate Device and without.

The problem may be that ardour fails to connect the track output (if there are none). Odd though the crash report indicates some threading issue (AU related). Will need a closer look.
