Summary	0006239: Allow mixer/editor selections when 'Add Track or Bus' dialog is open
Description	When the 'Add Track or Bus' dialog is open, it blocks you from making mixer/editor selections. With the recent addition of the insert option, it would be useful to be able to make your selection when the 'Add Track or Bus' dialog is open. Otherwise if you haven't made the correct selection, you have to close the dialog window, make your selection and then open up the 'Add Track or Bus' dialog again.
