Summary	0006201: Templates display scrambled track order when opened in new session
Description	Seen in 3.5-4746.. If I create a template in a session and save it if I create a new session with the previously created template the track order is changed when the new session opens. To clarify the input channel routing is still intact even though the channel strips and tracks are out of order.
