Summary	0006179: Illegible MIDI pc name over the region name
Description	Perhaps it is better an upturned flag (MIDI pc name at the bottom). The alternative is to fill the rectangle of the flag with the region color, but it doesn't seem a big win because only a part of the region name remains visible.
