Summary	0006116: Big Clock cannot be easily moved in Windows
Description	On Windows, the Big Clock doesn't have a window border. I think in previous versions you could move the clock by clicking anywhere inside it, but this is no longer possible. Presumably you can move it by right-clicking on its entry in the taskbar and selecting "Move", but this is made more difficult in newer windows, and isn't well-known anyway. I think the right solution is to change the window type so it has a title bar. (?)
