| Summary | 0006083: Visual indication that midi patterns are linked | ||||
| Description | When editing MIDI patterns, it's easy to forget that a commonly used pattern is liked to multiple other copies. This makes it possible to accidentally edit a lot of instances of a pattern, when only intending to edit one instance. If there was a simple visual indication of whether a pattern has other copies active in the track (i.e. not just sitting in the region bin), this would mitigate the problem a lot. An idea for an indicator is attached. It might also be nice for the indicator to be interactive - e.g. click it to unlink, although perhaps that action would be too easy. | ||||
