Summary	0006003: Note editing gets confused
Description	version 3.5-403-gec2cb31 There seems to be some serious problems with note level editing aka internal editing. For example, if i select a midi region, enter note level editing, box-select some notes in another region and apply an operation on them(e.g. quantize) only the notes in the previously selected range are affected. Sometimes this leads to a even more bizzar behaviour where the all notes in the range with the box-selected notes are getting selected, simply by moving the mouse over them(in case they have been deselected before). Then there is no other way then changing the tool(e.g. to range select) or leaving note level editing to get rid of that. When i enter note editing whithout a selected midi range, selecting notes from random ranges and applying operations on them seems to work.

drobilla 2014-12-30 00:37 developer ~0016166	Fixed with the tool unification and new note context menu from which you apply edits (like quantize) to the note selection. e.g. select region, switch to edit contents tool (e), select notes, quantize/transform/etc, the selected notes are affected.
