| Description | I upgraded JACK from version .98.0-1 to .98.1-0 and can't get Ardour to launch now. I'm in root when I lauch both applications. The error message I'm getting is: ____________________________________________________________ Ardour could not connect to JACK. These re several possible reasons: 1) JACK in not running. 2) JACK is running as another user, perhaps roots 3) There is already another client called "ardour" Please consider the possibilities, and perhaps (re)start JACK. ___________________________________________________________ Is there anyway I can uninstall the JACK upgrade version .98.1-0 so I can get Ardour working again? | ||||
