Summary0005610: <Alt>+scroll wheel over track header doesn't always resize the track under the cursor
DescriptionResizing tracks using <Alt>+scroll wheel over the track header doesn't quite work properly.

The track that gets resized is always the one that the mouse cursor was pointing at when <Alt>+scroll was first used over the track header, not the one the cursor is currently over. Releasing and pressing <Alt> doesn't help, neither does moving the mouse cursor out of the header into the main editor pane and back again.

Releasing <Alt> and then pressing and releasing <Shift> seems to get the track header under the cursor active to resize with <Alt>+scroll again, so I suspect further fallout from 35842fd5...

I have a partial fix for this, which I'll push in a few moments.

As far as I can tell, the first part of this is actually by design - <Alt>+scroll (originally <Shift>+scroll) over the track header is supposed to continue to resize the same track until <Alt> (formerly <Shift>) is released.

Behaviour in the main editor pane is slightly different, and always resizes the track that's under the mouse cursor. Maybe they should behave in the same way, but that's really a separate issue, so I'm marking this as resolved.
